  Love is all there is. If I experience something different then that means my brain is picking up data and interprets it as something different from love.
  
  That is my brains interpretation...not my spirits interpretation.
  
  I got this one at 3am and woke up and wrote it down.
  

• The Brain Versus The Spirit !

  I am feeling very unworthy tonight as I write this...my BRAIN is telling me I will never be good enough. Not a good enough mother, not a good enough friend, not a good enough wife. etc...
  
  It is my BRAIN that judges me. I was just talking to one of my daughters and I couldn't say what she wanted to hear...(that she was right on a certain disagreement that she had with someone) so my BRAIN then tells me I am not a good mother because I couldn't help my daughter. I couldn't console her the way she wanted me to..
  
  My BRAIN is telling me that I should be worried because I have balances due on my charge accounts.. Therefore again, I am not good enough in the finance department.
  
  My garden was not that great this year, so again, by BRAIN is telling me that I am a lousy gardener! The list goes on and on.
  
  My BRAIN tells me I am NOT WORTHY.
  
  The only thing is.....is that I do know differently! I AM WORTHY IN GOD‘S EYES, IN THE CREATORS EYES.
  
  If you look at MAN’S values, I fail miserably. When you look at SPIRITUAL values WE ARE ALL WORTHY...no matter what our HUMAN short comings are, WE ARE WORTHY!
  
  It is our BRAIN that "screws us up." It is our BRAIN that collects data, and draws conclusions. It does this within our human experience. It doesn't want to acknowledge that our SPIRITS are in charge not our BRAIN. Our BRAIN makes us think it is in charge and WE BELIEVE IT!
  
  .…..Until we accept the fact THAT WE ARE SPIRITS USING THESE BODIES! The body (and the Brain) are the tools that our SPIRITS use on earth at this time. When we can truly understand this in our daily lives, then we have the POWER THAT GOD GAVE US. Then we can create a wonderful life for ourselves....then we can truly accept God's love...the true UNCONDITIONAL LOVE that we hear about.
  
  THEN we can be "CONNECTED " 24 hours a day to this love. THIS IS THE LOVE THAT GUIDES US!
  
  We have to understand the role of the brain in order to understand how it stifles the spiritual part of us.
  
  I have thought about my "INNER CHILD" lately and I think what I have been calling my "INNER CHILD” is really my BRAIN! It is my BRAIN that tells me I had hurtful things happen to me as a child.
  
  My SPIRIT has only known LOVE. My BRAIN told me if it thought I was neglected or hurt in any way.
  
  My BRAIN interpreted my test scores at school. My BRAIN interpreted that I was good at basketball, but it also interpreted the fact that if I pursued that sport, I could be hurt or injured. My BRAIN told me that if I played this sport competitively, that I would get pain for my efforts. Needless to say, I
  didn't play much after all that analyzing!
  
  ( SO WHEN I FEEL MY INNER CHILD NEEDS LOVE AND ATTENTION AND HEALING…..IS IT MY BRAIN THAT NEEDS IT???? DOES MY BRAIN NEED TO LEARN TO TRUST MY SPIRIT???? MORE ABOUT THIS PART ANOTHER TIME!!!)
  
  So you see, the brain controls us. It collects data and makes conclusions. It tell us if we are good or bad (in it’s own judgement of course.) It tells us that we need consoling or revenge! .
  
  WE ARE NOT OUR BRAINS…..THE BRAIN IS A TOOL!
  
  
  ALL WE REALLY NEED IS LOVE….THE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FROM OUR OWN SOURCE.
  
  What the BRAIN fails to acknowledge is the SPIRITUAL part of us. The part that is really in control of us all! The brain has trained us to believe that it is the boss. It uses common sense. It uses data and past experience and many other sources to make conclusions.
  
  ONCE WE START TO SORT OUT, WHERE THE BRAIN CONTROLS US..ONCE WE BECOME CONSCIOUS OF IT...THEN WE CAN CONSCIOUSLY CHANGE IT. WE CAN SLOWLY LET OUR SPIRIT TAKE CONTROL ONCE AGAIN, AND BE TOTALLY CONNECTED TO OUR SOURCE THE LOVE WILL FLOW AND WE WILL FEEL UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR OURSELVES
  AND OTHERS. WE WILL FIND THE PEACE THAT WE LOOK FOR.
  
  I assume I will be given more on this topic...THE KEY IS TO DIFFERENTIATE WHAT IS YOUR SPIRITUAL SELF AND WHAT IS YOUR BRAIN. YOU ARE NOT YOUR BRAIN! YOU ARE SPIRIT! I WILL POST MORE WHEN I GET IT.

  HI there,
  
  Just getting started with my blog....I am adding my art work for sale right now and finishing a book on High Fibre and Low Fat...for beginners. Not sure when I can get back here to post a real blog type thought..hahahah I have many to share but will see.
  
  I am a Spiritual Healer, Teacher, Channeller and basic helper so my thoughts will be of a spiritual nature I am sure.
