Karen Cook
Karen Cook is the mother of four daughters, and grandma to two grand-daughters. She lives in Northern Idaho with her husband, Tom, where she homeschools her youngest daughter, Katie. As a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom she has learned over the years to pinch pennies and be creative in stretching a small budget. One of her greatest pleasures is organizing things and she has put her talents to work at home with her family, and at church as a Christian education coordinator, VBS director, in women’s ministries, and publishing a quarterly newsletter for parents of Sunday school students. Karen also does the page layout and design for TEACH Magazine (TEACHmagazine.com) a quarterly magazine for homemakers and homeschoolers published by Lorrie Flem; and she is the coordinator for Inland Northwest Christian Homeschoolers, www.INCHhome.com, a homeschooling co-op in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
