Thanks for visiting my storefront; I hope you enjoy viewing these bear and wildlife photographs as much as I enjoyed capturing the images.
Each summer for the last five years, I have had the opportunity to observe and photograph native coastal Alaskan brown bears and other Alaskan wildlife by working as a backcountry guide leading bear viewing and other wildlife tours, and by visiting remote/wilderness locations in Katmai National Park, Kenai Fjords National Park, and in other locations in Alaska.
Often times I have been fortunate enough to see individual animals on a regular basis, observing the incredible variety of individual behaviors, personalities, and social interaction has made for a lifetime experience.

Many of the photos in this year's calendar show bears interacting with one another; cubs with siblings, mothers with cubs, adult play, and social and agressive behavior are all featured.
