Annette du Plessis created a special collection of artworks for a 2006 calendar entitled: “13 moons but 12 months” - where she expresses her poetic and visual perspectives on creation, women, men, children, poverty, the environment, the universe, God, etc. The artworks were created in multi layers of textures/colours and are captioned with famous quotes by Nelson Mandela, George Pemba, Marc Chagal, Vincent van Gogh, Wassily Kandinsky, William Blake, etc.
