So far, we’ve remade our home page and our Publish section with an emphasis on more concise text and bigger graphics. Our pages are built with using a 960 grid system.
We’ve still got a ways to go. Our Services section is next (I think). We hope you like the direction our site is headed.

I like the new design of Lulu, its more attractive.
I like the look on the home page, yes.
But I am so confused when trying to revise my books. And I can’t get individual help – why are my contact-page emails never, ever answered?
And somehow my books ended up with the totally wrong prices, and are on Mamazon that way, and I need help NOW.
Can you help me out with someone to email or call?

Your new was a little confusing at first, but I found my way. Please keep and add to the old book cover designs. Your new book covers format look like old textbooks. Thanks.
