I would be very pleased if you could handle the above-mentioned case. I tried to publish my three concerned books since March 2008. Then, in the beginning of September these books could be published (with ISBN, EUR 150,00 together). But up to now they are only available via Lulu (ISBN would not have been necessary for achieving the present status). As far as I see your staff works with wrong information or seem to be not informed about all Lulu&#039;s service packages. A further project is depending on these three books. This ISBN was bought in 2006 and has to wait, until the present problem is solved.</description>
