I would love to echo the desire for a large format landscape size (8.5x11 or 8x10.5 if this slightly smaller size would also allow full bleed).
I work as an architect and laying out building assessments, RFP's, etc in a landscape format is often much more efficient when conveying information than portrait, but the existing 9x7 landscape format is just too small. Something larger would be great!!!!

4 x 5 stapled. The current Pocket size is still too large to really fit easily in a pocket. I work with small handbooks, rule books, guidebooks, and reference books designed to be literally carried around in your pocket while traveling or involved in activities.

One thing I'd really like to see is a hardback book in a popular paperback (or 'pocket')size, perhaps, 4.75x 7.5 or the like. This would be good for poetry books, novels and a variety of other things. I'd use it immediately.

it would be great if lulu could do larger landscape layouts with full bleed such as legal and tabloid in landscape format. Architecture schools would use this format alot for documenting end-of-term studio work folios and also student portfolios. I also work with professors who would use lulu more if they could publish their work in larger landscape folios. Urban planning feasiblity studies would be possible in the tabloid landscape layout too.

Tony,
I'm sorry you've had such a negative experience. Have you contacted support about your issues? If so, what is your case number?

Thanks,
Nick

i'm just wondering if lulu has a world wide distribution as lulu stated my books should be on barnes and noble but they are not and what makes me more furious my books are on one of the biggest websites in the world http://www.whsmith.co.uk. and customers have made orders yep they all used there credit cards and it states on the website 3to4 weeks. whsmith are having problems getting the books because they state that they have to log on to lulu become a member just to buy our books. now the watchdog complaints are watching lulu.com with great caution as thousands of people all over the world are complaining about lulu.com stating it is hard for anyone to buy books from amazon and all other website retailers as lulu states that they do not have a distribution for these website companies. now then i smell a rat who is in control of the lulu website and why cant people buy books from amazon and whsmith and barnes and noble? and lulu once again states that they do not supply or distribute they also state that if a book on amazon or any other leading online book store has a book and it was published by lulu and with the isbn then those retailers have to become members of lulu.com to which i find is irresponsible of lulu. please let me know your thoughts about this because this is a serious matter our books are not selling on other websites because of lulu and there stubberness in other words buy from lulu.com or not at all thank you for your time.

Nick,

I think 8x5.25 would be a great addition! Please...it's something I've been wanting for quite a while now...Createspace offers it, but with a limited page number. You could beat them and have more available pages.
