So would that mean the coupon would calculate a percentage to take off each book? So it could be applied to like…bulk ordering of say 100 books or so? To a $20 max.

Maybe you can help me. A few months ago I ordered 3 copies of my lulu books. I received them damaged: in the same area of many pages with images there were a burned-out, un-printed spots about 1.5″ in diameter.
I returned these book to Lulu and contacted Lulu. NO response, NO replacements, NO responsibility! To this date I have not received new copies.
Earlier than this order I had received printed copies of these books and they were perfect…no mis-prints. So we know the files are okay.
Can you help me with this problem? It has gone on too long and I hesitate to every order more books!

I cannot sign into my account. I have not been able to sign in for TWO WEEKS now. I keeps getting a message TSocket: Could not read 4 bytes from identity.dur.lulu.com:9003. I also can’t get help through Connect or Live Help because apparently you can gain access to those Only if you can sign into your account, which I CAN’T do. It also does no good to try to reset my password because it just takes me back to the register page, and of course, when I tried to re-register, Lulu said my email address was already registered. Of COURSE it is, but I still can’t sign into my account. I got a message sent through a friend’s account, but I haven’t heard SQUAT from lulu nor have I received any help. PLEASE help me get my account back.
Please get this cleared up so she can sign into her account again.
I live in France now so things are different over here but
