I’m quite fond of these deals… especially the $25 off 25. It kills me that I’m waiting on a finished cover piece for my book. I’d love to take advantage of this deal. I keep hoping that my artist will finish sometime in the next two days. Can’t rush brilliance though, and if I miss this deal I guess I’ll just have to hope there is something as good in the future.
I am completely dissatisfied with the level of service provided by Lulu “support” I have been trying to rectify an error on my order for quite some time and all replies appear to be generated by the system itself. I had an error on the printing where the content of the publication did not match the cover. There appears to be no-one to talk to about this problem. Does anyone have a telephone number for the support/complaints department.
