Hi Carol,
I have concerns about my proof copy but my ‘go to’ person is not replying to my emails. My proof copy has only computer gibberish inside it. I want it fixed and resent overnight so I don’t have to wait another 2 weeks to get it. It’s not my mistake. I think you guys need a complaints department. Can someone please help me?

It sounds like there is a problem with your source file. Possibly an issue with embedded fonts. This page in Help may assist you: http://www.lulu.com/en/help/how_do_I_make_pdf
Or it could also be an issue with the software used to create your document. This might help: http://www.lulu.com/en/help/pdf_creator

I am a new author on Lulu. I THOUGHT I published my book, “Peruvian Plunge” (ID#7489357)on Aug. 16. It is showing as available; unfortunately, when you punch the “Buy this Book” icon, it simply says “Your Cart is Empty.” If you punch the “Add to Cart” icon, you get a message saying: “We’re sorry… missing or invalid product id.” “Support” is being ZERO help. Is there ANYONE out there in Cyberspace who can help me work through this glitch? I have put A LOT of my life into getting this book on Lulu to hit this snag. I checked your project and was able to add it to my cart. http://www.lulu.com/content/7489357
The reason you are unable to add the download to your cart is because the system sees that you have this item already in “My Files.”
If you log out of your author account, you will be able to add that item to your cart.
