I would like to add moon cycles to the calendar. I wish that Lulu.com added the moon cycles to their "public holidays" section of the calendar.

I'm thrilled to have stumbled across Lulu Calendars! What size do the photos need to be for the standard size calendar?

Hello,
Would like to see in the tips sections some words on appropriate sizing of photos for the templates provided. For newbies this can be quite frustrating when using the wizard (constantly having to go back into Photoshop to tweak each photo to fit properly...!). At the very least some general guidelines would be a help - only giving the over-all page size for calendars is all but useless as a tip!

Hi,
I agree with previous comments about back page items.
In addition, I think it would be useful if purchasers from different countries could add the national days/holidays/etc from their own country. I have friends in many different countries and it would be better if they could purchase a calendar relevant to them - but all with my photos!
Thanks!

definitely yes on wanting to be able to add text and images to back page of calendar, photo credits, how profits will be used -- in my case divide between N.C. Museum of Natural Sciences, Friends of the Library (NCSU), InsideWood and fossil wood research.

Oh yes! back cover images - especially for image previews. Also, I really don't like that the text on events lines up weird - it sometimes comes out like:

Nicholas Copernicus
born
(1611)

While the 1611 in this case could easily fit one line up and look way better, there does not seem to be a way to do it!

Also, I'd like to be able to arrange events in the order in which I want them to appear (e.g., if I want moon phases to be the bottom event wherever they appear).

Other than that, it is not bad for a wizard thing.

I would like to have the option of a back cover showing previews of selected months as well.

Hi Debbie,
The cost of a book on the site is the base cost of manufacturing the book + your royalty + our 20%. Does that clear things up?

My question doesn't have anything to do with calendars but I wasn't sure where else to direct my inquiry. I was just wondering if Lulu charges for the printing of a book as well as taking 20% of the sale of the book or is there just the 20% deducted from the purchase of the item? I couldn't find out on the website the answer to the question, so I would be very grateful for your help.
Thank you,
Debbie Schramer
