   I need help with an order that was placed on LuLu Order Receipt #3547079 Why can’t I access my purchase. The website seems to be malfunctioning. The Case #Your Case number for this issue is 00311769. Please use this code in any further communication.
   I can’t seem to access any help from the LULU site and I will never purchase from them again if this is what’s going to happen.

   Barbara,
   If you log into your account and go to “My Downloads” in the left-hand nav under “My Orders” then you should see a link to download the book. Let me know if you have any further trouble.

   Please help. You still have your ahoy promotion on your site yet when I enter it the reply says that this promo is expired. Would that not be false advertising?
   Could you please apply it to my order on your end? I will be placing it today on my book ‘Don’t Call Me Mother’.

   I apologize, but that code was only good on Talk Like A Pirate Day. However, we have two new codes that are good for this weekend (September 25-27). “PROST” is good for 20% off your order (Save up to $25) and OKTOBERFEST is good for $50 off an order of $200 or more. I hope this helps!
