I agree, opening up the coupon to customers in Canada and other countries would be a really good idea.

Much broader marketing usually is an advantage.

Hi Adam
Maybe you can help me with a problem of a different kind. The other day I ordered a book to download from Lulu. It’s the ebook “Thanks to my mother”. After I’d paid, I was told I had to download some other kind of Adobe Reader (Adobe Digital Editions) though I already have the ordinary Adobe. I did so and downloaded the book, but now when I try to open the file with the book I’m told that the file is damaged. I’ve tried doing it in all sorts of different ways but nothing works. I wanted to report the problem to Lulu via the support page but it won’t let me, presumably because I don’t have a ticket No. or an item No. The order No. is 3809790. Please help, or put me in contact with someone who can. Thanks.

I ordered 10 copies of a book I made for Christmas gifts on 12/6. It still has not shipped, and I need it by Monday 12/21. The free shipping didn’t help if I can’t get my gifts in time. I have waited over 48 hours for a response from support and have received no e-mails. Does anyone read this? Can they help me?

True, but when you tell someone “BUY 10 AND WE WILL COVER THE COST OF SHIPPING” then SHIPPING should be covered.

The wording of this promotional was still deceiving IMO.

Make it easy on your customers AND yourselves. If you are going to pay for shipping, just don’t charge for shipping.

@Derek – Currently, different coupon codes are offered for different countries, and not specifically only for US customers. We are planning to offer even more specials for international customers in the coming months.

@Sam – I think you must be talking about a different coupon code?

Great offer but, yet again, people outside the US are forgotten about. Why not make these coupon codes applicable to everyone?

It didn’t work out for me – rather, the offer is very confusing. Whenever you make an offer for “free shipping” it should be clearly stipulated that it is, in fact, free shipping. I ordered ten books but the shipping fees were intact. I had thought my order total for the ten books I’d ordered would be $96 and some odd cents but instead it came out being $122 something.

Clearly not at all satisfied; I thought that the shipping would’ve been covered and I did enter that code in there as I was supposed to.

I currently have an open ticket on it but still unsure why the code apparently never worked.
