When I was surfing through Lulu.com I came across an excellent example of the type of book promotion that ou touched upon that may be useful to your reader-- one of the storefronts on Lulu.com called: http://stores.lulu.com/teNriA really caught my eye, it is clean, crisp, simple and professional.
