Cody,

You can upload the zip file, and our disc wizard will create an ISO using the files contained within the zip archive.

I agree with Carl, that would be great to have an easier and more reliable way to upload the ISO files. I've spent day after day after day before trying to reattempt my failed upload hoping for that one lucky time it will fully make it to Lulu. Maybe there should be an option to send a copy of the DVD in? :) Just a thought.

Anyway, Leon, I have a small question. The program I used to create my DVD does not support an ISO output. I've published a few DVDs on Lulu, but this is my first one with the ZIP option. Do I file transfer the ZIP file as is to my Lulu account and then have Lulu convert it? Or do I need to convert it to ISO first? (I can't find a way to convert to ISO)

Creating a DVD for me, is no issue at all - I have four ready to go. What is an issue is 2.5gig per DVD (average) is an immense size for a file coming from Australia especially when Australian broadband upload speeds are usually max'd out at 56kbps (pathetic, I know). It would be so much easier if the ISO could be packed as seperate RAR parts then unpacked on the server as I'd rather have to re-upload one or two errored RAR files than have to start all over again on a single multi gig file.
Cheers

Lawrence Kaufman - It sounds like the site was down for a brief period of time. This is rare, but it does happen. I would attempt the upload again. If you still have problems you can open a support case to request assistance with your particular project error.

John C. - You have the option to upload your own .ISO file formated however you would like. Lulu will produce a disc using this .ISO file without any changes. This allows you to create a disc with any formatting you wish.

Tajuana Hughes - If you are trying to make a Video DVD disc that will play in any DVD player you will need to upload your own .ISO file that is properly formated for DVD playback, or you will need to upload a .ZIP file that contains a Video_TS directory at the root level.

Blue - Lulu only offers single disc products. We do not currently bundle discs with any other products.

I am self-publishing lulu book and would like to include DVD inside back cover. Am planning to assemble this myself, ordering DVDs separately - or is there a built in LuLu solution I am not aware of?

Hi There
I have a DVD project which was professionally produced and would like to manufactured it with Lulu.
However, when checking the DVD for files to upload, there are 3 files: AUDIO_TS, VIDEO_TS & DVDccess.
The DVDccess file is included for a consumer DVD player function which will connect the viewer with a website associated with the DVD.

So, do I understand correctly that Lulu's DVD service cannot duplicate this DVD with the third file (meaning I'll have to re-author it in DVD Studio Pro and change the menu to eliminate all buttons associated with that file/menu button?)
OR is there another way to upload so that the DIsc can be reproduced by Lulu and include the third file (DVDccess)?
Please help!
Thanks!
John C.

I have my data DVD disc ready to go, but I can't get the cover art to load. I get error messages when I try to go to any lulu.com support webpages. I wish there were other options for the cover download.

Bob Myers - Lulu does not offer a multi-disc product at this time. Our disc products can only contain one disc per case.

Tony Idowu - You can format your own DVD project to include content from your book, but Lulu cannot help you format the project for you. Lulu is a Self Publishing service, and all formatting must be completed by the author.
