When will we be able to use themes from other sources? I want to create a personalized wedding album for my wife and none of the themes fit with our wedding.

You can use themes now! It is just a matter of how you create it. You can upload the theme you want as a fixed PDF and upload that as a full-color book instead of a photo book. The customization is really up to you.
