Download: $2.28 Hardcover Print: $21.00 This is a collection of my short stories. This is the first revised edition of this book, and God willing, there will be others. A few of the stories are crime-based, but there are several themes in the collection: romance, travel, religious, and science fiction. I have exercised my writing powers and creative liberties by writing 13 visual stories, an observation, and several poems. It is my sincere hope that you like a few of these stories, but read them all. Please tell others to find out for themselves about what you have read from the creative mind of Charles A. Mazzarella. Thanks again.

I hope you like reading them and think about writing somothing yourself, someday. Look for other collections in the future.

Download: $1.01 Read about the unraveling of our peaceful world by the powers of Evil. Why is this happening? It is all because a small piece of mirror was missed and not incinerated, allowing it to grow and eventually become a portal to Hell! This is a story I wrote that was inspired by the ending of the movie: The Prince of Darkness (1987). Ideally, this story can be a sequel to the John Carpenter movie. This is an unfolding of events bewteen representatives of all that is good and evil in our world. Bishop Ubenzi di Venestro, aka The Guardian, elicits help from other persons of faith when battling "the Slimy Toad of Evil", Satan. Satan is released from the Abyss of Hell and starts to recreate the world in his image; The Guardian does what he has to, in hopes of reversing the process. The Devil's dream of escaping the isolation of Hell, enjoying a reign on Earth, and amassing an Army to challenge the One who created him, comes true. Who will win out? - read and find out!

Download: $0.45 A lesson in personification. This is what would happen if meals were as impatient and head-strong as we humans can be. A skirmish breaks out at an upscale food court during the Winter holidays. Many tried to prevent this encounter, but the entrees stewed as they thought upon the many slights and ill wafts that had eminated since they were all forced to live together. This is a ridiculous look at war with a redeemable conclusion; maybe a lesson we can learn from.
