I want to thank the author of this book. I had a minor accident last year and followed the easy instructions. I was able to settle the entire claim with the other insurance agency. I received my check after everything was submitted. The best part, nothing happened with my insurance, it didn't go up at all. In fact the book showed me how to deal with the other company. Mine didn't have to be involved.

I purchased this book and it helped save me over $3200 on my car insurance claim after my accident. I didn't realize how much lawyers would take until I went in after my accident and talked with one. They said over 1/3 of my claim would go to the lawyer representing me. Well I did some research and found this book. I had to do the same amount of work on the claim that the lawyer would have made me do but I didnt have to pay over $3K to the lawyer !! It went directly to me.
