This is most likely NOT what the mainstream church today wants to hear, but it DOES represent the truth about Bible translation. Our 20th and 21st century Bible translations leave much to be desired, and this book tells you why. It is highly recommended for church leaders, especially pastors, or for anyone else who wishes to go deeper into the subject of the legitimacy of English Biblle translations. This book deals mainly with the NIV and KJV, but there is abundant information about other translations as well.
