I am an advocate of Positive Discipline in the classroom and as a director I have been looking for a book that describes positive discipline in a format that is simple to understand and easy to use. Safe, Kind and Clean fits the bill. I give all my new teachers a copy to read before they begin teaching, to help them understand our philosophy.
Safe, Kind and Clean give them the tools to begin using positive displine in the classroom immediately.
The book is beautifully written and even poetic at times. I highly recommend it for your resource shelf.
