I started reading this book around 2 a.m. when I couldn't sleep. By the time I finished it was 4:45, and my alarm was due to sound; I knew I had to get some sleep, but I couldn't bring myself to close the book.

I've been a member of several online communities which offer self-publishing tools, tips, you name it; Writer's Digest book clubs...anything there was to buy that dealt with markets, how-tos, etc., I bought it, and I must say that none of them, seperately or combined, provided even half of the legitimate content that this single book alone has.

Being an author for most of my life (yet new to the self-publishing world), I was pleasantly surprised to see that I've done several things right regarding promotion, marketing, etc. Moreover, I was most pleasantly surprised to discover that there were several things I'd been doing wrong, and thankfully, this book brought those things to my attention, and offered numerous ways to correct, and better them.

Steve Weber and all involved have done an outstanding job with this book, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who's either a novice or an expert in the writing/publishing world.

Hi MY NAME IS CYNDI SUE AND I'm the creator of the inkywinky spider childrens book series.I have worked very hard this last year at physically going out their and promoting my books. I have been on Hsn network and ABC NBC.My publishers at newvision entertainment are ver aggressive in setting up book shows but it is very draining.i have sold 9,000 books Sure you get publicity on Tv but it soon ends and Steve showed me how to keep it going .but after awhile it all slows down and your in a sales slump again.... After reading the beginning pages of Steve Weber's book I realized how much of a gold mind networking on the internet is and how easy 'Plug your Book is to read."I LOVE I LOVE PLUG YOUR BOOK" SO BUY A COPY NOW AND PLUG INTO WHAT I have discovered

THANKS STEVE WEBER

Ok, I have not read the whole thing yet...but the day is still young! I will probably put my other stuff to do today on the back burner. I have read quite a few books and online posts on "how to" market. Most of them vague and kinda dry, not to mention holding back for their next edition they want you to buy. This book is far from the dry and vague and it certainly does not hold back.

Steve Webber covers the fundamentals of pushing your book in a way I have longed to see. He covers the known and then weaves you behind the scenes to see how it "really works". If you are to have one book on marketing, that will apply to not only books but to a whole host of online media this would be it.

Steve Weber has written a must read resource that no author should be without. I read this book not believing the secrets he revealed and I knew I had known a lot of things about the Internet already before reading this book.

Pick this book up today and you will forever be grateful to Mr. Weber for providing you with information that you will use over and over again.

online communities are now the norm [ No Rating ] 1 Aug 2007 (updated 1 Aug 2007)
This book is fantastic. Online social networks are now the norm in everyday life, and promoting a project in this manner can increase success a hundred fold.

I would suggest this book to anyone promoting, not only a book, but any project that needs to target the right markets.

I will be using tips in this book to promote Three One Six: A Journal of Christian Thinking... Check it out at www.the316journal.com/home.htm
