Dr. Fair's wealth of experience as a police chaplain includes working with the witnesses and victims of several high profile “hot spots.” His first such assignment was to coordinate the Critical Incident Stress Debriefing for 90 employees of the Killeen (TX) Police Department after the lunchtime massacre that occurred there in 1991.
