Description:

Otto and Lafe are two less than motivated Navy Chiefs stationed in the Caribbean and facing retirement. The problem is neither want to leave the island. The question is, how do they survive on just their retirement pay. Fortunately, Otto has a plan. Now, all he has to do is sell it to his buddy Lafe and then enter into a game where the players include Government officials, a con man, and the mafia.
