ride like the devil was an excellent sequal, however i read it with a friend who'd not read the previous books, and he enjoyed it greatly as well! whether you're a superhero fan or not, you'll get into the mysteries that revolve around the life of our favorite disfunctional detective/superhero! deffinitely a great read and i reccomend it to any and all.

This book was a great read for anyone who likes superheroes or even those who don't. I would suggest reading his other book Greetings From Buena Rosa first, but great all the same!
