Shedding the pounds is not easy, especially as all the foods you like are usually the foods you have to cut out. Like Chocolate!!!
June has very cleverly built in a daily dose of chocolate into each and every one of the daily meal plans included in the book which makes it a "Must Have" for everyone who is trying desperately to lose weight but is getting the horrible choco withdrawals!
