Having been a guest at the Majestic View, this is a long-awaited delight! Maria and her family are as memorable as these wonderful dishes. This book is going to stay handy, as I will use it often. I simply can't wait to surprise my own guests with some of those breakfast casseroles. And I can almost smell the muffins already. The beautiful cover pictures of the Spit will foever remind me of our time in Homer and what is truly one of God's greatest creations. Bravo for an excellent book!
