"Departure" is wonderful! I had seen some of the artist's work at his website, after falling in love with his image "Growth" over at Gelaskins ...
This portfolio has a very satisfying balance of ink, digital, and watercolor work, and you don't get the feeling of 'same old same old' as you go through the pages. I especially like the sense of progression in the instances where an ink sketch is displayed on one page, and the finished watercolor and ink image from that initial sketch is on the facing page.
This book now sits proudly by my couch and is an immediate touchstone for guests, who are drawn to the organic nature of the images - which manage to be simple and complex in the very same moment.
I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates natural, organic art.

Hi all, here is my first printed portfolio of work -- it shows work that I've done in the last year or so, in both traditional and digital media. If interested in looking at the rest of my work, visit http://www.suckatlife.com
