Tony Oswin the author of the ‘A-Z Guides’, is an ex-pat from the UK, now living on Thassos. He realised the need for such books on his earlier visits to the Greek islands, during which he always found it difficult, costly and time consuming acquiring information locally.

In his guide books he has meticulously covered all the subjects of interest to the holidaymaker and general traveller, to help make their stay more enjoyable and problem free.

The 'A to Z Guide to Kos', published in mid 2007, was his second book. The considerable success of his first, the 'A to Z Guide to Thassos', motivated Tony to write a series of such books covering the main Greek islands. In late 2008, he published his third book in the series, the 'A to Z Guide to Santorini', Tony hopes to publish further books on the islands of the Aegean.

For those who are not aware, the majority of books nowadays (except the 'Harry Potters' of this world) are 'Print on Demand'. This allows the books to be revised on a regular basis and means that when purchased on this site, the book you will receive will be the very latest 2008 summer season edition.
