Toma's book is amazing. I am a nutrition educator and as I was reading it, it sounded like something I might have written. Toma is definitely on track with the advice in this book. He is a diabetic who has achieved remarkable success in controlling his own diabetes. Any type 2 diabetic would benefit from reading this book.
