The author can assume no responsibility for the reader's safety in the use or misuse of the equipment described here. High voltages are generated, and the user should be well-acquainted with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions, and safety around high voltage equipment. The currents produced are extremely low, but caution must be a priority nonetheless.
