The two majestic Grand pipe organs of the Cathedrale du Notre Dame have been silent for several years. After a $6.5 million renovation to return "The Voice of Our Lady" to the French faithful, a re-dedication concert is planned. With the renovations coming in several years early, and well under-budget, Dr. Melvin Blair begins to have feelings of great concern for the health of the two Grand Organs. Someone very much wants this particular "voice" to remain silent. Are they are willing to commit murder to make sure things stay just the way they are!?
