Let me start by saying I am not a fan of fiction.
I find most fiction books nearly impossible to read because they cannot hold my interest, and I find them extremely tiresome.
Much to my surprise this was not the case with Lisa Bethan’s book.
She managed to bring her world of fantasy into reality almost from the first page!
I found myself totally captivated throughout the entire book.
Her descriptions of every situation and ordeal were so vivid that I could almost feel every sensation! At times I could even almost smell the scenes as they were happening!
Lisa’s imagination is wild to say the least. It’s hard to believe all of these ideas came out of one persons mind.
And her characters are quite interesting as well. I found myself feeling quite attached to a few of them in particular; while I was repulsed by others.
This is a “must read” for those of us with a taste for the “dark side”.
(but its definitely not for the squeamish).
Keep writing Lisa! I am absolutely hooked!
