Delightful! ****** [ No Rating ] 8 Apr 2008 (updated 8 Apr 2008)
This is a wonderful and delightful story. Who hasn't held and loved a teddy bear as a child? It is a perfect story to read to your children and grandchildren while they hold their own teddy bear, and discover that he is not just a friend, but a hero too! I have a special place in my heart for Teddy Bears, and for children's books. This one is adorable - truly speaks to a child's heart - to my heart! and the child in us all. My mom had two Teddy Bears she held while enduring her illness, and one went to each of my children. It's one of those unviversal, bonding symbols of love, hope, and courage. -Susan Cline, author of This Little Horse didn't go to market

Good, easy to follow children's story with bright colourful artwork. Yuk...don't like the look of that monster! Sort of thing my children would have loved when they were young.

Julie Elizabeth Powell, author of Gone
A fun bedtime story that will chase away the monsters who are hiding in the closet (or under the bed). It will make every child want a teddy bear of their own.
