Slow Time, by Waverly Fitzberald [ No Rating ] 8 Jan 2009
This book is a treasure trove of information, but more than that is has been a KEY instrument in my intention to stay present to myself at all times. I have struggled ALL of my life with my relationship with Time. I've always thought there wasn't enough of it. But now I see that there is enough of everything! The suggestions for inner discoveries at the end of each chapter have been so helpful for me. And the shape of my life is actually changing as I focus on living my life in natural rhythm with the seasons. --- Anne Marie Bennett, www.kaleidosoul.com

This book Slow Time has changed my life in many dramatic ways. For years, I was obsessed by clocks: time clocks, 'punching a clock', deadlines, etc. I forgot about the rhythms of nature and was out of sync with natural rhythms, running on artificial time and calendars. My coach recommended this book to me and it has changed things for me. I now relax, stopped wearing a watch and am no longer a slave to time. I understand so much more about how nature works and read in the book regularly to remind me that nature came before the clock.I am very grateful for the infoprmation in thi book and for what it has given me in my life. Thank you, Waverly.
