Collected class handouts for a 2004 lecture and workshop on the re-creation of the clothing of 12th century western Europe, based on current scholarship. Fairly general in scope, this class touches on rectangular or geometric construction methods, gives general overviews of male and female clothing types, and covers some basic measuring and cutting instructions. Sample layouts are given for both male and female clothes. Worksheets are given for measurements and cutting layouts.
