Copyright Infringment [ No Rating ] 13 Aug 2003
If this image was published in 1845 as the description states then it is most likely WELL INTO public domain and no infringment would exist. If however the book in which it was scanned from was published in the past 75 years then infringment of a secondary copyright is quite likely.
