This 3rd Edition of my course textbook, "An Extension of Relativity," can be downloaded only. In 1919, an experiment showed that light can be deflected in a gravitational field, proving general relativity for a single system. This also proved that light has mass, since only something with mass can be affected by a gravitational field. Despite that experiment, quantum mechanics contradicts that proven reality and states that a photon has zero mass. In 1972, I became the first and only person to define the structure of a photon and to calculate its mass.
