It also includes the true story about my extremely violent childhood at the hands of a very sadistic and cruel alcoholic father, who drove me away from home at the age of 14, by nearly murdering me! I ran away and soon became a "Ken Kesey electric cool-aid acid test Hippie" and I then traveled extensively throughout the US, Canada and Mexico during the 1960's. I experienced many notable and interesting adventures along the way. I was also in the Haight Ashbury during the "Summer of Love" turning on, tuning in and dropping out! I write about all of that and more in this book.
