Among your collection of books, this one should be included, a must-have. This book of articles by James Chan is insightful, intelligently-written and presented in a way that is easy to understand. Knowing your body is knowing yourself. I really recommend this book.

If you're seriouse about gaining muscle, having the perfect physique, whatever it is you want to do to change the appearance of your body, this book of articles written by James Chan is a must buy, I'm not kidding. With the information I got from these articles, I got a much better idea on how to train the muscles to gain muscle much quicker. If everyone in my gym had this book, they would all be jacked!

Any articles on bodybuilding written by James Chan are a must-have. The online sites featuring his work are great, but they don't compare to the collection of articles in this book. Simply just buy it.

I was very impressed with this book and its breadth of articles. Ideally suited for body-builders beginning and experienced. I gained a much better understanding and appreciation for how one can go about achieving their specific goals for obtaining the ideal physique. It's all about practical steps and valuable information that will leave you wanting more. A must read for body-building and workout enthusiasts.
