I had downloaded the PDF version from earthrites.org and enjoyed the fine writing and art but then learned that it was to be printed. The book contains extra material and is an excellent piece of work; the contents, of course, but also the production. It's a high quality glossy magazine format with superb print quality as the transfer from digital to paper has been very successful - not always easy to accomplish.

Lulu's order and delivery service is really good; the book was very well packaged and arrived 11 days later.
