I had the honour of reading this before it was published. It's a great book, packed with a good variety of well written short stories. The author is getting better & better with each story she writes. Well done Karina, keep them coming. Being an avid reader of just about anything, I've now bought the book & find it a wonderful investment to my ever increasing collection. Give us some more please Karina. Can't wait for the next one!
After reading IN TIMES OF VIOLENCE, I knew this new collecton of stories would be a good buy. She maintains her fast-paced style throughout, and demonstates her talent and versility in various genres.
Heads & Tales is a collection of Karina Kantas' (In Times of Violence) short stories. She has proven herself as a strong author with good emotion and powerful ideas translated through the written word. This book is worth every penny you will spend on it and I strongly recommend that you also check out her fiction novel In Times of Violence.
I found this an exciting collection of stories, varying in length and diverse in genre. Karina has a mastery of many styles and holds ones attention and interest even when , as with me, the genres are not of a kind I would normally seek out. The stories are fast paced and intense, strongly couloured and immensely satisfying.
