As a hard core Wellman fan I was shocked by the miserable typewriter font used in this edition, and the poor quality of the page lay-out. Wat could have been a great book is only a great text. Still, we have to make do. I'm thinking of doing the make-over myself. That wil make at least one copy worthy of the Master.

This is a book of Christian spells. Great reading, wonderful history and fantastic occult works. If you read this along with Wellman's Silver John stories and novels, the whole thing comes to life. Recommended
