If you consider yourself a poet, philospher, scholar, a spirit on a quest for knowledge/wisdom...if you are conscious, afrikan centered, a dreamer, an artist, a mother, a father, someone not afraid to shine their light to the world, in any of the NPHC organizations and/or someone who is here on Earth to discover themselves (as we all are) then this book is a MUST read. The author guides the reader through a very well experienced and easy to understand afrikan-centered philosophy of being human. Who am I? Where do I come from? What is my purpose here? What must I do to fulfull my purpose? I know I've asked myself these questions many times and this book was confirmation for me that I am on my right path: to express my divine self in whatever creative form I choose, to not ever take my experiences for granted and use it to advance my personal evolution, to realize that I am a unique imprint on the fabric of existence and it is my birthright and even obligation to make manifest the divinity of my Creator. There are also very few books that can make me laugh out loud! He includes a great variety of poetry and what I consider creative free writes. Ultimately, this author has convinced me that I too have the power to create whatever I want, specifically I am starting to write my book this summer. The book is inspiring, creative, unique and fresh.
