Dragon Studios shows us how to make some simple replacement mouths to add a lot to your puppet when animating. He does this using a very cheap method, no need to buy expensive materials for making molds here, yet it seems to be fairly effective. If you have no clue one how to make mouths for your clay animation puppet, I suggest you check out this video tutorial. He teaches both how to make the mouths interchangeable, but also how to sculpt them. I'll most likely be trying out some of these techniques in the future.
