Description:

Leticia is a strong willed stubborn woman raised in a convent during the Middle Ages. When she is told she is to marry a knight and produce heirs for her father and the crown, she isn't too happy. Until she meets the handsome knight and finds a gentle side with troubles of his own. She also finds she likes to be mistress of the keep and the freedoms she obtains as a Lady that she never had in the convent. Vincent isn't too happy about marriage but he will do anything for the King. The sacrifice doesn't seem to great when he meets the beautiful Leticia. He doesn't quite know how to deal with a wife and ends up putting his foot in it and bringing down the queen's wrath. He admits the indomitable Leticia is well worth the effort. He concedes to her victory when he learns she has conquered his heart.

Before authors try to write in "medieval style", they should know some basic grammar. It's distracting to have so many errors. I couldn't even pay attention to the story. Next time, get the rules straight! When to use "thou"(subject) "thee" (object) etc. and what words like "whither" and "whence" ACTUALLY MEAN. Why do you think it's OK for you to make up your own rules for English, even if it is the English of another time? Thou hast done thy readers a great disservice, wench. Repent!

I liked the book. It was alright, not as good as "Smitten" but an interesting read. Kind of took me a bit longer to read because i had to go over what they said and try to understand it myself. Also a bit confusing when they would go "our" and mean "I", etc. I thought Vincent was allowed off easy after beating Leticia a second time and she should of stood her ground and not forgive him as easy. Make him pay. Interesting how Lady Juliet and Sir Martin Bolin were bad people at the start and than good towards the end. I'd say this story went a bit fast in some places but and overall alright read.
Great!!

I thought that it was a great book. I like how the characters flowed. I just didn't like the fact that they fell in love so fast, but other than that, the book was good. Keep up the good work.

definitely not upto ur usual standards. basic premise is good, but the characters pussy-foot around each other....no spark. the wooing part in the beginning is so boring. the end is good though.
