I am a beginner. I liked the indigo vest so I brought the pattern. I finished panel A for size 38.5. According to the instructions, it has one pattern rows, and the width I finished with is about 3". I looked at the instructions for the other panels, they are the same as panel A just longer in length. I did the math and that won't give me the proper width for the finished vest. So I look at the picture long and hard. It shows more than one pattern row per panel. Yet I can't find the instructions for that. Please help.
