Assume the role of fairy-tale characters--from the classic enchantments of Perrault or Fontaine, to modern tales the likes of Mirrormask to Fables, Labyrinth to Neverwhere. Your character will enjoy abilities well beyond those of the Mortals telling their stories--the only limit is your imagination. Keywords:Listed in: |

I had the pleasure to play a game run by the game's creator. With imaginative players and Narrator, Seven Leagues provides a foot-loose, epic, fairy-tale adventure. Definitely a nice break from traditional Rule Playing Games. I strongly recommend giving Seven Leagues a look!
The mechanics are light yet evocative and intuitive, significantly more so than in the vast majority of available products.
All in all, it is a bold departure from run-of-the-mill fantasy gaming, a respectful homage to the fairytale genre (literary criticism is a natural, painless part of the actual practice) and a great human experience.
Seldom will the expression "good, clean fun" be more appropriate.
