I have collected tons of sales books over the years in an effort to teach me something I don't know. I have studied the Stuker method of car sales, Joe Weider's method, etc., and frankly this small, little booklet is easier to understand as well as make use of. If I were going into a full time, professional car sales career, THIS is the booklet I'd have highlighted, annotated and well used - in other words it would easily become my bible! IF you have interest in getting into this career, there is much to learn in this booklet and digest. Get your own copy and use it!

This is probably the best book on the market for anyone who wants to sell cars for a career. Every automobile dealership should require this book to be mandatory reading. It will teach you everything you need to know to be a top sales person. It also has a great section on how to sell more Internet customers. If you are a Internet car sales person you have to have this book. It will double your sales and put money in your pocket.
This book should be required reading for all automobile salespeople.

This book should be required reading for all automobile salespeople. I am a GM at a VW dealership in New York. I stumbled over this book looking for sales trainers. I have paid $2,000 a day to have someone come in and train my sales staff when this book does the same thing for less than $10.00 I just purchased 30 copies and am making this required reading for every one of my sales people. It even has phone scripts and sample email and letter templates that we just started using and I am astonished at the results we are getting using them. This will be the best investment your dealership ever makes. I would love to meet the guy who wrote this book. I will certainly be looking for more of his training books.

I have been in car sales for 12 years. Taught the old school way. I make a decent income but since reading this book I have doubled my sales just by doing what it says to do. If I can do it so can you. If you are a sales person you need to have the owner or GM of your dealership order a copy of this book for every salesperson. If everyone in your dealership folllow what it says to do your dealership can double its sales. Right now I have 3 other people asking to read this book when the girl I loaned it to is done reading it and taking notes. Buy your own copy. Read it over and over until everything this book teaches comes natural to you. I recommend this sales book to every car sales person.

Every car dealership should issue this book to every new salesperson for training before they are allowed to work on the show room floor. This book will teach you the correct steps to the sale. It covers the MEET & GREET, THE TEST DRIVE, THE WRITE UP, THE CLOSE, FOLLOW UP OF UNSOLD AND SOLD CUSTOMERS and much more. There is a special section on how to close more Internet sales. Please read this book if you really do want to excel in automobile sales.
