Robert Davidson born 1811, Virginia and his wife Elizabeth Gochenour born 1813 - decide to migrate WEST from Virginia. They made it to Missouri and turned back after their youngest son "Isaac" died and then Robert died in Illinois. Elizabeth and children migrated to Ohio. One son Harrison, migrated to California and worked his way to Oregon and settle in a little mountain community known as Peak. His wife, Virginia, becomes Postmaster of Peak. You will find the Davidson descendants of Ohio and Oregon in this book.
