After polishing off the last story in Gerard Brennan's chapbook, my only complaint is that there's not more to read. I'd gladly trade a few extra quid for a full-fledged collection. What's here has all the fun of your favorite rock song...six stories that don't take themselves too seriously and always leave you with a smile. Preachers daughters mix with zombie office workers and a certain violet-eyed man to weave a web of interesting characters caught up in fantastic situations. Great for a breezy summer read. Well worth a purchase.
